Dr. Martin, drawing on his tenure as Chief Medical Officer, has firsthand experience of the impact. His work throughout the United States has played a pivotal role in instigating fundamental change, redefining methodologies, and emphasizing the critical role of courageous leadership and employee wellbeing in cultivating thriving workplaces.
